Hi Tammy, when we spoke on the phone a few days ago I explained to you that we have NO CONTROL over the services provided by USPS, Fed ex, or UPS. The moment we hand a package over to one of these services, it becomes their responsibility to deliver the package in the timely manner that we paid for. We encourage you to leave a review for USPS, as they are the company that has not fullfilled what you paid for. I cannot explain why USPS is taking 7 days to deliver a package sent Priority 2-3 day service. Your first order died because the post office left them in your mail box in freezing temperatures. We immediately fullfilled our guarantee and sent out a new shipment to you and made it clear on the packaging it must be held at the local post office for pickup. USPS facilities are climate controled, this is why we use them. We ship our bugs with fresh vegetables so they have food for their trip along with heat packs. When we spoke on our call I told you I was extremely confident your bugs would be fine. We have NEVER had bugs arrive dead that were held at the post office no matter how long delivery took. But I also asked you to send us immediate photos if there was an issue today. We have watched your tracking today and saw your order arrive to your local office and held for pickup at 8:30 am. We have not heard from you in any manner other than a 1 star review. Your tracking shows the package has not yet been picked up. it's after 2pm your local time. I just called USPS to verify with a live agent, who confirmed, the package is still there at your local post office waiting for pickup.
We are all frustrated with the services provided by USPS- but we cannot accept responsibility for their actions. In good faith we refunded your purchase price, even though we now have verification you haven't even picked up the package. We are sorry to hear we will lose a customer for an action we had nothing to do with, but we wish you the best this holiday season!
