Shipping and Returns
All of our products are produced and/or stored in our Northeast Indiana facilities. Unless otherwise specificied, all orders are shipped via USPS mail. Once your purchased item is shipped, we will immediately inform you and provide a tracking number via email. You can also opt to receive the notifications by SMS text message after checkout has been completed.
Domestic shipping policy: Free shipping applies to orders within the United States, which includes Alaska and Hawaii, are generally sent via USPS First Class Mail if the weight is under 1 lbs. and sent via USPS Priority Mail if OVER 1 lbs. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50.
International shipping policy: We currently do not allow international shipping through our normal checkout process. If you are interested in having our products shipped outside of the United States, you can request a quote by reaching out to us at: email@example.com
Live Animal Products: Our live insects cannot be returned but are covered under our CONDITIONAL LIVE DELIVERY REFUND COVERAGE. If the outdoor temperature is between 40 degrees and 85 degrees Fahrenheit and you provide photographic proof of death on delivery within 5 hours of the delivery time we will issue a full refund for the lost insects. Please note: when ordering hundreds of feeders, having a couple not make the trip is perfectly normal which is why we always overship your order quantity by 5-10% of the ordered amount. If you ordered 100 and only 3 were deceased on delivery it would not qualify as we send at least 105 to cover these unfortunate cases - and no refund is necessary.
Consumable Products: Food and water products can be returned if they meet the following 2 conditions:
1. The product is less the 50% used when returned.
2. It is NOT your first time ordering that product.
We are happy to offer a FULL refund on orders that meet the above criteria but you are responsible for paying the return shipping on the unused portion.
Other Products & Accessories: Other accessories can be returned for a full refund if they are defective or unwanted. It is up to our discretion if we will offer you a prepaid return label or if you are required to ship the product back at your own expense. Generally, if the item is simply unwanted you will be required to cover the return shipping.
